Big companies do make mistakes! Placer-Dome paid $260 mil for Mt. Milligan and it continues to be uneconomic each year they re-evaluate it. Barrick paid $520 mil for Bulyanhulu which they will probably put in production but it will only contribute very low or negative profits! I am being given more information later today.

Just remember everyone. None of us really know who each of us are. One firm assumption that I make when reading SI is that if someone is posting continuos negative opinions about any one stock, I consider him to be shorting that stock. As far as here-say is concerned; I pay little to no attention to it, especially if it comes from someone I believe to be shorting that stock . Just a little reminder. Any of us who post on SI can be held accountable for what we might say. Scott
