* * * SUMMARY ANALYSIS * * *

===============================================================================

The Summary Analysis section reflects information in D&B's file as of

March 22, 1999.

RATING SUMMARY . . . .

The Rating was changed on February 26, 1999 because of a change in

payment information appearing in D&B's file. The "1R" portion of the

Rating (the Rating Classification) indicates business size of 10 or more

employees for this company. The "3" on the right (Composite Credit

Appraisal) indicates an overall "fair" credit appraisal. This credit

appraisal was assigned because the payment information in D&B's file on

this company indicates slowness in meeting trade obligations and this

company's number of years in business.

Below is an overview of the company's D&B Rating(s) since 09/15/94:

They also own a restaurant in Plano Tx. Plano is also the place CYOE sent Curcios equipment. There is that name Patrizio. If Patrizio Acquisitions is Michael Patrizio from Prinvest or his brother Marshall Patrizio. A dollar says the Curcio equipment is in storage in the restaurant basement or in a warehouse close by. Where is Curcio's equipment anyway. Must be getting old and rusty. Wonder is he has made any payments on that lease to Comdisco? This company Patrizio Restaurants is always packed according to one of our operatives yet they always lose money.
