Yes, I sympathize. I have complained to anyone that would listen for many years about the lack of a reliable source of information on terms for derivative securities. It was actually as a result of my complaining that the NP started that monthly table. And it's not just warrants but also things like convertible debentures, preferred shares etc. At least Canadian companies will usually publish the terms when the warrants are listed but in the US it is really bad. The US news releases will only mention a warrant has commenced trading and give the opening price but seldom will publish the terms.

I think this should be a job for the exchanges to require companies to file critical information about listed securities with the exchange and make this information freely available to investors.

The TSE publishes a list of warrants and terms in their Monthly review but this is not available anywhere online. AMEX also publishes a book Stocks, Bonds Options & Derivatives Symbol book, again nothing online.

Nasdaq publishes a warrants file online but the data is incomplete and unreliable. Only useful as a starting point.
