Jay, PVII hit 5 7/8 yesterday but the volume was a bit suspect. Volume strength and another move on 5 7/8 would be necessary for the current break out to develop more sustainability. If I see that it will do that, I'll buy. Otherwise, the technical picture would call for more of a consolidation and it appears to me that the 50 dMA would be the low point for that. It's one or the other...I'm just waiting. APCO gets yanked all over the map. You have to be nimble with it as it has a tendency to see some rather pronounced shakeouts. Doug R
