Hey Walt,
Notice how that all those posters have disappeared snce the
price has started moving up. Interesting phenomanen. WSP at 4.10.
JP ws quite right that 4.05 was a significant resistance point.
Some people didn't want to hear that. Because it was an
important resistance point, it is equally important that the
price has now broken through in a decisive manner. The next
stop should be the last high around 4.55.There could be a lot
of overhang there and a lot of people selling and wiping their
brows while saying thank goodness, I never thought I'd get my
money back. WSP bulls will have to absorb the overhang. If they
do, then we're looking at blue sky. Just hecked the five day
chart.Amazing when you see the movement in that time frame.

Walt,
a strict definition of wash trading is: the selling and buying of stock by the same party through diferent brokerages in order to create the false impression or illusion of a real market with the appearance of liquidity.

Also, a short seller will often make a small buy on an uptick, at the same time offering much much more at the same price, hoping that retail buyers will hit his offer and fill his short position....which he intends to cover at lower prices......market makers( in the case of Winspear, the market maker is Cannacord) will do this too, and for pennies....basically, real and sustained buying is needed to move a stock up and keep it there....in the absense of a fundamental reason for a share price to go up(in the case of a junior resource stock-a real discovery with huge real value),IMO markets are biased to knocking share prices down(you can always buy, but you can't always sell)....Winspear is moving up because, IMO the Snap Lake discovery makes it worth over $20 or $30 a share, and perhaps much more....
regards,
teevee
PS: diferences of opinion are what make markets too....
