It sounds like Micronet is not part of the new subsidiary of Ampex Data Systems Corporation. Seems as though that is where they belong.

Does anyone have a feel for what this corporate structure looks like and how their other internet companies fit in?

Are they all in one or separate?

Seems like a pretty big move for such a small announcement, or is it moving on what is expected to come?
