Rob:  It is good to see another actual user talking about functionality issues. I agree the toll free numbers can be a hassle to some (easy to forget+need to dial area codes vs simple local numbers); what I do is forward my main business number to Portico whenever I want the service to answer. I toggle back and forth this way based on whether I wish to answer calls directly. When I have Portico activated, I have it call me on a separate business or residential line.

I've always felt that the Quest (or another carrier) relationship should eventually lead to GMGC-QWST being able to "acquire" my entire phone business and integrate everything. I'm still waiting...
