Yes I don't know about the phones, just thought the Fisher quote was interesting. Also happen to think it's naive to to believe that all they have to do is get out of the phone biz and everyone will start buying their ASICs. If they get into bed with ERICY, will Nokia also buy their chips, or MOT, I doubt it....

All those responses about having been making money in AOL, YHOO etc are signs of the times, and a good investor/speculator sure needs to understand the times.I quoted Fisher because I think his ideas have stood the test of time, and because they complement The Gorilla Game. This is the last time I'll say it. It was meant as an example which might be useful at some future time, when some other potential Gorilla surfaces.

I'm happy for all of you who've made fortunes on AOL and YHOO. Is it the opinion of this board that those companies are Gorillas or Kings?
