Maybe they do understand that this information is available, but simply rely on the fact that many investors don't know or bother to adequately research the stocks they purchase, especially internet stocks. All it takes these days is to take a company public with a concept and a plausible argument for guaranteed success. Although the probability for success may be slim to none, many internet investors/speculators will overlook the obvious in order to get in early. Ryan
