I believe you mentioned yesterday ETPS will change name to EHLC and we will have a 1:3 F/S today. I'm trying to confirm that information...Can't find it!!!

Here's what I have:

1-In a PR ETPS announced a 1:3 F/S on march 9 effective march 15.
Can't confirm it

2- Ehealth.com domain name doesn't belong to ETPS nor EHLC

3- www.ehealth.com exist but seems to be own by a company call CMI in NY.

Can Do, just curious but how did you come across ULSP? A friend of mine works for All-Star so now he works for ULSP and has a stake in it. I was surprised to see it come up when I did a search.

Did you follow it just because it was a shell and the laws were changing?
