There is always an official whisper and an unofficial whisper for fast growing companies. The official whisper is at 0.10, and the unofficial whisper is at 0.12-0.15. Many times, the company needs to beat the unofficial whisper to have any further run-up after the earning. Otherwise, it always sell off after the earning even if it meets the official whisper because the stock price already discounts the official whisper number. I am holding my remaining 50% position hoping that they will beat the unofficial whisper, otherwise I would have sold all my position. Beating official whisper only will NOT cut it as happened many times with other stocks at a much lower P/E ratio.

You're Correct -- The only people who have a .12-.15 whisper number are shorts. I speaking with some analysts, doing my own DD, I have not found any credible source that says YHOO should pull in .15. Think about it -- that's almost double the estimate. Where does this nonsense come from? .11 cents would be incredible.
