There was no problem at all with the introduction between 6 Mr. Kricfalusi and of this particular Wellrich. They did 7 everything they were supposed to do, correct? 8 A. Correct. 9 Q. They were supposed to do a private placement for you but 10 in fact that never happened? 11 A. They started the private placement. Did quite well when 12 the stock was 3 and seven eights. That's $3.82. Oh my! I really wish we had Spidey here to comment on this.
