Remember the frustration over waiting for NAVR to file the S1? I got pissed and wrote a country song about NAVR and threatened to sing it on Terri's voice mail, and they filed later that day.Maybe I need to get creative again! cb

PAST HISTORY:

I'm new to IPO's and don't have a knowledge of how long things take. So, I looked up news on DLIA. According to one news source, they filed with the SEC on Jan. 25,1999 and announced the approval and date of the IPO on March 17th. That's seven weeks to the announcement. NAVR may make the announcement next week, if we are lucky. All, lets be patient. :o)
