We don't keep anything in the "guest" bathroom medicine cabinet but first aid supplies.

The best is to remove the contents and replace them with ping pong balls. Use a sheet of cardboard to keep them while filling, and slide it out once you have closed the door. The guest who checks will fill the bath room with ping pong balls. He (or more likely she) will attempt to pick them up and fill the cabinet but will finally have to give up. Meanwhile the other guests will be convulsed at the spying guest's delay. This is recommended for guests you never want to see again. If you really hate them, ask them not to open the cabinet.
