while I hope whoever who did it has a change of conscience and decides not to do it again - and gets a break this time, impersonation and spoofing [amateurish that it was] over the wire go beyond SEC and s/he can get into major troubles! Offhand, it is likely it crosses over to FBI territory. The sad thing is that this happened only a week or so after "Melissa," maybe indeed something is really wrong with the digital society.
