Yes, Red is right...F means foreign, as VOCLF is an Israeli-based company...but their IPO was underwritten by some big Wall Street firms...I think Robbie Stephens was the lead underwriter...

PS: Why didn't we buy TUNE yesterday at $20 ?????????
