I don't expect the P&L numbers to look too good in terms of profits, however the gross sales should begin to step up a bit. The P&L should reflect larger losses from operations. The significant benefit from the next filing may be the removal of the auditors going concern footnote and the VSI bankruptcy which results in the removal of liabilities from the balance sheet. These two changes may seem small, but they are critical to attract certain qualified investors. WJMT
