<<. No more wine and cheese, no more G&T on the patio, no more scotch and soda and a murder mystery at bedtime. I like to drink. I like chocolate, too, I don't think I could give that up, either.>>

Wouldn't be much left to live for. Have you tried gold salts yet. Really helped my mother-in-law.

Just wasted $70. Wife wanted to go out to dinner tonight a I planned on slipping down to the lake. I bought her some flowers and Fannie Mae candy as a piece offering and now it's too windy to go. Since it's our 20th I give them to her anyway. The wind may lay down.

Because wine, aged cheese and chocolate are on the headache-foods list, that's the way I live, if you can call it living.

If you want to try something natural and effective that helps with arthritic pain eat lots of hot peppers. The heat in peppers contains capsaicin which apparently blocks pain receptors. You can also use over the counter topical capsaicin ointments for pain.

Build up your tolerance for peppers. Start with something mild like pasillos. Gradually work up to jalapenos. Then graduate to Thai. Now you're ready for the big leagues: habaneros. Always wear gloves when handling jalapenos and anything stronger. They are sheer hell on mucous membranes.
