Normal part of the process, IMHO. Information has to be current to the timing of the document. Big issues, if there were any, would be dealt with at the beginning and you would have seen the changes in the second amendment. At this point, it's probably just finalizing points and small matters/nits - polishing the doc. I would say they are probably very close.

Found some details on the form that was filed today morning;

20FR12B/A: Amendment to a previously filed 20FR12B. (this was filed today)


20FR12B: Registration of securities of foreign private issuers pursuant to section 12 (b) of the Securities Exchange Act.

Looks like final touches before the BIG OPENING on NASDAQ. Hold on tight coming soon on the NASDAQ "BID.COM".
