Vegas, conventional financing will be a big help but my guess is that it will take at least 2Qs of good revenues for the auditors to remove the ongoing concern clause. Auditors are very conservative.

I don't think we will have to wait that long to see the price move higher though. However, the Nasdaq may not be eager to accept a company with such an auditors letter.

The quarter is over. I doubt the disclosure will disappear this time but should be getting close--possibly the 2Q. The picture should become clearer and look better. The reorganization along with the VSI elimination of expenses and the addition of solid business prospects along with the changing focus of TSIG should aid investors in seeing a company on the brink of success.
