April 30 is the deadline. I expect they will find some accounting trick to try and stay listed. I am prepared to short more every three points from 11 to as high as it takes. This company has no substance. It's a joke, designed solely to squeeze shorts and help convertible holders sell. No one even touts it on a chat board!
