Morgan Stanley Dean Witter will serve as lead underwriter of the deal. Today, the firm upped the IPO offering range from a level of $11-$12 to $13-$14. At $14 a share, billionaire Ross Perot, who serves as Chairman of the Board, President and CEO, stands to increase his paper wealth by approximately $448 million, based on the 32 million shares or 38.4% of the company the former Presidential candidate currently holds. For the first 9-months of 1998, the company reported revenue of $724.2 million, an increase of 30% over 1997 period. Net income rose 107% to $28.2 million, or $0.29 a share. Approximately 25.4% of company's revenue over that period was derived from one customer. The company's principal competitors include Andersen Consulting LLP, Cambridge Technology Partners (CATP), Computer Sciences Corp (CSC), and Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
