Regarding GTMI....From someone who used to be a principal in a large construction firm using the modular & steel construction technique... I find it highly improbable that they can build 120 homes per day... Hell, it took us 50 men & a full year to build 120 townhomes & at the time we were using state of the art techniques.... They may have everything in place to start but soon weather, material delivery delays, & a host of other problems will arise, not to mention the fines that will be placed on them by the gov't for failure to deliver completed homes on the day promised.
