How do you know I'm not already? I have had an account with NDB since 96...

Do you know how much shock treatment that requires?

No Mr Fortune, NBD at least executes trades....Now Waterhouse on the other hand should have a logo something like "if you enjoy getting hosed, come over to Waterhose"

Even on slow sideways days, it takes on average 15 min to get a body w/ a pulse on the line & then another 5 mins just to complete the trade.

Their webbroker side is even worse, pages are incredibly slow to load, sometimes it will not give you a confirmation #, if you want to check order status , you have to pray it is even posted on their execution page & if you want to cancell an order you have to call the broker to confirm after you cancell electronically.
I've been chasing a lot of forward splits lately & losing money cuz they can't confirm the symbol change or extra # of shares in a timely fashion. They show you short the previous position till the new shares clear & this in turn caused my friends account to be put on a 90 day restriction cuz it looked like there wasn't enough funds to cover all his trades one day last week.

Branch Mgr. is of no use, he is always unavailable. NYSE tells you the security rules & regs but tells you to go back to branch mgr to address any 90-day restriction problems. I could go on & on, but I won't. After 2 yrs of being with waterhose, I am seriously considering moving to another brokerage. I just want ppl to be forwarned that waterhose is as bad or in lots of cases, worse, than I assume other brokerages are.

So good luck to all & have a good nite... T. :-)
