Phon-Net announces strategic alliance with Logicool Inc., a telecommunications
marketing company

SEATTLE, April 7 /CNW-PRN/ - PHON-NET, the developer of revolutionary
software for the Internet, has formed a strategic alliance with Logicool,
Inc., a telecommunications marketing company specializing in the marketing of
long distance phone service and Internet access. Logicool's network of 3,800
agents throughout the United States gives Phon-net the ability to make
immediate market penetration. (www.logicool.net)
Logicool currently has a 7.9 cent per minute long distance product, which
is designed as an employee affinity program and is being rolled out to Boca
Raton Magazine, Arizona Iced Tea, West Central Chapter of PGA, Sen-Dure,
Atlantic Real Estate Credit Corp and The Dardick Agency.
Logicool is also launching a nationwide $17.95 per month unlimited
Internet access-service, in a partnership with the Multiple Sclerosis
Foundation. $1.00 from every subscriber's monthly bill will be donated to the
Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
''The partnership between Phon-Net and Logicool has us launching our
newest, and by far, most revolutionary product, Direct Connect,'' stated
Richard Middlebrook, CEO & President of Logicool, Inc. This software will give
any company, big or small, the ability to have a cyber store front in which
they will be able to talk to their customers. Internet browsers can go to a
web site with Direct Connect and talk live with the business while on the same
phone line.

About Phon-net:
One of the main objections by consumers about surfing the web is the lack
of interaction on the Internet. Phon-net Direct Connect software takes a major
step in satisfying this important customer need. Direct Connect allows
businesses and consumers to interact at the Internet site, similar to the
experience found in a physical store. This software, downloaded for free from
the Internet, gives the consumer the ability to ''freeze the business''
website image on the computer screen. The consumer is then directly connected
to the business using the same phone line as his/her Internet connection.

For businesses, Direct Connect becomes a logical solution for problems
encountered in attempting to better serve the customer. Some advantages of
Direct Connect include: Increased Security, customers who are not comfortable
with sending personal and payment information over the Internet can call the
business directly without having to log off. Instant Access, customers can ask
questions about certain products, leave a voicemail or request e-mail on
demand.

All forward-looking statements made by Phon-Net Corporation involve
material risks and uncertainties and are subject to change based on factors
beyond Phon-Net Corporation's control. Accordingly, Phon-Net Corporation's
future performance and financial results may differ materially from those
