Well the thing I found fascinating was that he is investing a portfolio of 200K in general market mutual funds (indexed I presumed) and devoting only $10K to the penny market. That works out to about $1 of principal per post I think. Surely he could use this as well in his Diminished Mental Capacity defense.

Nope...the man runs a business. He may not be successful in the image he attempts to paint on things, however, that merely means he believes that he is brighter than everyone that reads the stuff.
