Thanks, Jim. PAIR is a VERY STRONG BUY to me at $10. Takeover is just a matter of time.

I did check the link one level above: "http://204.238.155.37/biz2/headlines/", which in fact did point to a Bloomberg's own page-not-found message.

Can anyone else confirm this? All I get is the anglefire page missing notice.

I considered the exact same thing...that the release was in fact a "leak" not yet authorized for release. However, a few things concern me. 1. At the end it is indicated that the deal was expected to close in three weeks....this seems a bit ridiculous, and 2. There is a quote from a David Rubner about what a great synergy the two would make, but there is no mention of who David Rubner is. I would never expect a quote from an individual on an official release without an identification of who that individual is.

Based on these two points I'm fairly confident that the news is likely fraudulent......at least for now! Though, definitely wouldn't mind being wrong here!
