From the current Aviation Week mag, apologize if PP'd:

"TRW had delivered the first laser for a next-generation lithography process [text omitted] developed under a joint agreement signed in 1997 between TRW and the Extreme Ultraviolet Limited Liability Company" [Intel, Moto, AMD, and others].

Re: "The company really ought to be buying shares here."

I wonder if management would deem that to be some kind of a conflict of interest. Could the officers direct the company to buy stock during the same period when they are all selling their stock?? Given all of the shareholder lawsuits already on the books, would management do that?

Best wishes,

I2
