Wayne : I do not own any of FDIR and I really like their direction. One thing has me concerned about holding this one; from their SEC filing or 3/16/99 at : sec.gov "NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS To be held on April 15, 1999 (3) authorize the Board of Directors of the Company to adopt an amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation at such time as the Board of Directors deems it appropriate to effectuate a maximum 1 for 20 reverse split of the Company's outstanding Common Stock in such number as is deemed necessary by the Board of Directors of the Company;" Comments?
