I just received confirmation. Bear Stearns is restricted from commenting on IDTC also. I got this directly from the analysts office that covers the stock. I called up. They said, we are sorry, but we are restricted. As most know, that only could mean that they will be one of the underwriters on the deal. Hang on folks.
