All speculation on my part but if you were literally days away from the announcement, do you start trading small cap and on the first day or even before announce an application to National Market, OR do you postpone the big announcement, reapply, and wait an extra week or two. I think the smart thing was to keep going with the process and apply for National Market as soon as Small Cap market is approved. Just my opinion. BTW, on March 23 when they revised their application, they did not have the $5US 30-day price.
