EBLD is an internet company doing it the right way. They have already build award
winning web sites and are establishing key strategic alliances (versus just announcing a
future web site). They're letting the stock price take care of itself (as it is today).

Current web sites:
entertainmentblvd.com
vidnetusa.com (Top 100 music site)
screenclips.com
prosportsnet.com
comedynet.com (thru an alliances with AIME)
emerchandise.com (letter of intent to acquire)

Coming Soon:
netfomercial.com
stargram.com

Strategic alliances to provide streaming video for:
scour.net (partnership, see beta.scour.net)
dimensionmusic.com (Top 100 music site)

Partnering with Earthlink (ELNK) to provide ISP service, targeting 100,000 subscribers
(at $19.99/month) within 6 months.

Other strategic alliances with RealNetworks (RNWK), Intervu (ITVU), Level 3
Communications (LVLT), I-Fill (VMIX).

Good EBLD writeup by Neil Maedel in the Mini-Cap Analyst newsletter.

It talks about all the strategic technical alliances with Intervu, Level 3, and RealPlayer and how they benefit EBLD: "The implication for Entertainment Boulevard is that, as an entrepreneurial company with its sights on being a key player in providing rich, streaming, entertainment content on the Web, it is comforting to know that its visitors are increasingly likely to have a positive experience on its website. The company can now continue its effort to expand its music video catalogue. It can also focus more on fulfilling the expectation created by the grand name of "Entertainment Boulevard." It's a great name, one that could become an extremely valuable asset. But four channels do not yet fulfill this boulevard metaphor. WIth the job of completing the technical upgrade largely behind them, we expect to see the company making large strides in securing new content and launching new channels."

It also discusses how they'd like to see the site gravitate toward a revenue-generating model, and says in the last month they have announced a number of initiatives in this regard. Regarding I-Fill, "EBLD will be creating and launching a new ecommerce capability which will then allow its visitors to purchase CDs and other merchandise within Entertainment Boulevard's website, rather than being linked out to Amazon.com. The online transactions and order fulfillment will be facilitated by I-Fill, but I-Fill will be invisible to the consumer." It also talks about how the eMerchandise acquisition will fit in nicely, and that it would probably expand the site to include music and sports merchandise in addition to just movie and TV related items.

Regarding Earthlink, it says that "The plan is to create a co-branded "entertainment ISP." This new ISP will offer unlimited access for $19.95 per month, along with other unique entertainment and communications incentives. EBLD will get a cut on the revenue and Entertainment Boulevard will be positioned to increase the traffic flow through its site. The ISP will be launched in the next couple of months."
