<VARL> Ken and Bro...interesting pick. The easy stuff: Insider's are buying and the stock is selling at a sharp discount to it's growth and at just above book value. The negatives: Large short position. Could be a hedge due to the co's large foreign exposure....not sure. Declining revenues and cash flow possibly a problem. Possible catalysts: Could be just buying on turnaround prior to earnings report in two weeks. Stock was featured in Barron's Trader on Tues. night. Perhaps it has something to do with Yugoslavia. One of their products is missile guiding systems. TA looks great. Excellent potential. AS
