Freddie & Jim: I cannot expand on this further at this point other than it relates to documents from the company (and there are some), on file with the SEC. Spelling certainly can be an issue, and could originate from two sources. Further assessment would be indicated. Ramifications, if true..., sorry, I haven't had time to explore that issue as regards the Company, or management. Yet, I would first think "what a mess!" and then, as part of the same instantaneous thought, realize it could well be "status quo". Regards, Bob.
