As soon as bloomberg called me back this morning I gave them the name of the poster Stacey and her info on Yahoo. I am sure she/he or it has been contacted already. What a stupid thing to do. However what if she/he or it lives in a country without an extradition treaty with the US and they owned lets say 1 million shares and dumped on the run up. How would you punish them. I am not saying this is the case , I have no idea but it is a plausible scenario and we should all be much more cautious in the future regarding press releases. I would look for this to happen again.
