That Wired article is so full of half-truths, misrepresentation and outright falsehoods as to totally endermine the creditability. Here's an example: The first of these was the 1996 crash in China of a Hughes rocket carrying a Loral satellite. Hughes rocket? Since when has Hughes ever built a rocket? Loral satellite? Loral may have built that satellite, but it was owned by Intelsat, where picked the Chinese built rocket to launch it. This is the kind of pure crap National Policy is based on. Gimme a break.
