Well, I got a call from John Schwinghammer at IVIG this afternoon. This obviously in response to my nastygrams to the PR company. I received a call from Bruce Elliot and shortly thereafter from Schwinghammer. I guess he wanted somehow to mitigate my growing disenchantment with the company. The promised news release will be out soon. I guess I demand too much of these people... They tell me news on Thursday, then no news, then Tue, no news, today- no news and no returned phone call to tell me why. Schwinghammer told me that the news will be on the street as soon as the acquisition is complete. He said that there are a "handfull" of other companies that they are negotiating with right now and a major acquisition is at hand within the next two weeks. Additionally, He and hi 35 employees and officers have been moving into their own corporate space in Montreal. John S. said he will be happy to talk to any investor.
