Same when they're pouring bridge pilings. A guy falls in and he becomes part of the bridge forever.

Happened in Green Bay a couple years ago. No accident, a guy ratted on a union steward for a minor theft, I think it was an extension cable. Six guys convicted, one dead of "multiple injuries". They threw him into a pulper with a weight around his neck.

Reminds me of the story I read in News of the Weird, someone dropped a wooden pallet into a mixing tub at Dunkin' Donuts, and they went ahead and made donuts with the batter. I don't think any customer noticed. Sounds like an Urban Myth, doesn't it?
