I still think we need to wait a little bit longer before pulling the trigger. More consolidation ahead in the near term I suspect. I have been told that many analysts are very concerned about DELL's "slowdown" outlook for future growth. Unlike MSFT, DELL does not have a history of beating down expectations and then handily surpassing them on announcement. And given what happened last Q with their revenue, DELL will need to beat expectations this Q before the Street will give them the same respect it gives MSFT.

Just the way the game is played is all. Any appreciation in DELL's price right now is speculation and should be treated with "concern" as one analyst put it. A real "show me first" attitude when it comes to DELL on the Street.

Just thought folks here might be curious...
