We'd first have to find out how many shares are outstanding and authorized, and then determine if QWST has to put this to a shareholder vote (which is a no brainer, but is still a step) to get more shares authorized.

Anyone know this, or have this info at their fingertips? IE, could a 2 for 1 split be done today without new stock being created?

Steve

have to daytrade and still make the same amount of money it seems
lately...had 100 pegged as a split amount...hope i am right..
