They are telling everyone 90 days for the 10Q. In reality they believe they will have late this month, or very early May. The long time frame is to allow themselves some leaway, for any minor glitches(they do not expect any). Good thinking on their part. Very conservative position that is made to the public, yet they are moving at a rapid pace to get things going.

Like you said, the Profile will be anyday. I think early next week at the latest.
