I sent an e-mail to Gary this morning asking him some questions about the company and their plans. Here are the questions I asked him:

1) How many total shares of AQCI have been issued and how many are in the float?
>
>2) Do you plan on authorizing more shares or implementing a reverse split in the near future?
>
>3) Do you expect to become a fully reporting company to the SEC soon and if so, who is doing the financial auditing for you?
>
>4) Is the Brazil project a done deal other than working out who you will be selling the timber to? Is there a current time frame on the Brazil
project starting?
>
>5) How many of these underwater robots do you operate? If more than one, will they all be used in the Brazil project?
>
>6) Are there more projects on the drawing board or is the main focus on Brazil at this time?
>
>7) Lastly, will you be working this project solo, or will there be a partnership with another company?

I just got the e-mail back from him and here is his responses to my questions:

1) 28,000,000 share volume (I believe that accounts for the posts I have seen that say 20 million shares held by co and insiders and 8 million in the float)

2) there is always a possibility for more share issue, but no reverse split anticipated.

3) our intention is become a fully reporting company, KPMG is the auditors.

4) brazil project has been established for over a year, the ability to move forward has only recently been established as a result of new information regarding sunken timber in the region. first advanced team moving in to evaluate the extent of the project, early May, anticipated equipment mobilization June/July.

5) we have one now, pre-engineering on second machine underway, both machines will be mobilized to brazil.

6) main focus is on brazil at this time, however other markets being pursued. 38,000 dams around the world contain timber.

7) we are in partnership with another company JP Partcipaoes, check out our joint website www. ecomab.com, if you understand portuguese you will appreciate this site.

appreciate your interest. gary
