Their products are low margin.

Sell for a couple of bucks with less then a dollar of profit. They have 2 new production lines but even at full capacity they won't make much. There is only so much money you could make with a 2 dollar part.
I do think they are a good takeover candidate by one of their major customers. They could get them cheap, it would be accretive to earnings, and they could reduce the cost of there product.
