Yahoo reports .11 - ok - regroup.... I thought this was bad but some other news is better, ie

YAHOO SAYS MARCH TRAFFIC GREW TO 235MIL/DAY VOMPARED TO 167 MIL IN DECEMBER.

I still think whispers were higher - I was looking for .13

Spyglass <SPYG.O>to buy Navitel in $11.3 mln deal
NAPERVILLE, Ill., April 8 (Reuters) - Spyglass Inc. said on
Thursday it agreed to buy privately-held Navitel Communications
Inc., in a $11.3 million deal that would strengthen its existing
Windows CE-based Practice.
Menlo Park, California-based Navitel develops a Microsoft
Windows CE-based software and applications platform for Internet
enabled telephones.
Under the terms of the agreement, Spyglass will issue 1.25
million shares to Navitel stockholders and option holders. The
deal will be accounted for as a pooling of interests and is
expected to be completed within 15 days, the Internet software
provider said in a statement.
The company's stock soared Wednesday, nearly doubling in
value after it announced a three-year, $20 million pact with
Microsoft Corp.<MSFT.O>
