I think you're right (yes, I'm long). In a word: Yahoo.

Why would Yahoo pay $5.7B for BCST if they didn't believe in streaming audio/video? I think Yahoo management has done a great job at establishing themselves on the net and picking their battles.

Now, how are they going to transport BCST's content??? And don't forget how much of Yahoo's traffic is maintained on Frontier's GlobalCenter? And if you don't think that the Street believes in it, consider that RNWK's stock has gone from 38 to 200+ in 3.5 months. Not sure, but I would doubt that anyone can claim much better in the same time period.

So if the eyes (YHOO) needs content (BCST) and a player (RNWK), you still need pipes (GBLX) to GET IT THERE. Someone's gotta do it and someone's gonna make a bunch of money on it.

Let it be GBLX.

IMHO,

Nick

<<They are accomplishing a global fiber net that may even threaten G* and Iridium.>>

I still think that GlobalStar will do great. Can't get fiber many places; at least if a net profit is the objective.
