Bluffing and outright fraud are two separate issues, porc. To keep your poker analogy, it's equivalent to dealing off the bottom of the deck, or keeping an extra card or two up your sleeve. They used to lynch folks for doing what that fellow did, in the old days.

BTW, daytrading is work, not a get rich quick scheme.

Porc:\ You miss the point. Cheating and false press releases are not rumors ,, they are fraud. trading based on actual press releases is not trading on rumor. You are stating that the perpetrator should not be punished and thats bull. If you allow that then all manner of falsifying will become common place and the threads and the net will become worthless. By the way I did not lose money today on PAIR I made it so I am not coming from a sour grape position here. Fraud is nothing to be discarded lightly, a "pump" type post is one thing and if you trade on it then "buyer beware" phony documents purporting to be authentic are miles away from that. CRDoug
