Yes, they should easily be able to lose another 50 million a quarter if they add another money losing product line. This should be worth at least 5 billion in market cap, dontchya think?

It should be a very good category around xmas time and AMZN can tie it in to their personalized shopping list service and Planetall. The Internet market should be ready for toys; enough people have experience shopping the web to see the utility of it. Then the fact that many toys are bought and then mailed out. Amazon could provide nice cards and ability to write (draw) a signature or hand written comment online (I have seen a neat Java applet that allows you to do just that). Many others will do it too but AMZN can participate.
