I'm in favor of WCOM owning 20% of NXTL because that would keep our pure wireless position in play. But how would that work? Unless NXTL sells WCOM the stock, there's no financing relief. Granted, lenders would line up to increase NXTL's debt but at what price even with WCOM's credit rating? How much lower would NXTL's interest rate be?

P.S. AOL, ABC, XYZ - I don't care who it is but if someone buys NXTL my minimum price is $55 or else you can forget the chef's job.
