The National Post reports in its Thursday edition that Quest International Resources Corp. has said it plans to ask shareholders to approve a one-for-five share consolidation at its annual meeting on May 3. In a news release, Quest said it also plans to ask shareholders to approve changing the company's name to Standard Mining Corp. Quest holds 93.15 per cent of Standard Mining Inc. under a takeover bid. Quest has gold properties in Honduras and Canada's Northwest Territories.
