First, can anyone tell me if the co. has ever followed through on its plans to reissue all of its stock with a different CUSIP number?

No. That is, no they haven't. Promises, promises. It's all the fault of the DTC.

Second, does this stock really have a market cap of $66 M?

Depends, naturally, on the prix du jour, and on whether the company really did (as it declared in its most recent 10Q) "cancel" 51 million shares of insider-held common, and reissue 'em as preferred. Since they never filed to do this with the SEC, one presumes it hasn't happened. But with AZNT you never know. Self-transfer Sylver appears to believe he can do anything he wants.

Third, what sort of products is the co. selling that gives it a gross margin of 410%? That's what the latest 10Q shows: $536 k of sales with cost of sales of only $11 k. Who are the co.'s customers?

Sorry. At this point I can only say lololol, snicker!

John, re: "Who are the co.'s customers?"

Difficult to say—AZNT is shrouded in deception and fraud. I can tell you who isn't one of their customers. From this release ( #reply-6282694 ):
______________________________
Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. (OTC:BB AZNT) today announced a second, non-exclusive distribution agreement consisting of 250 additional retail outlets which will distribute nutritional supplement "TOUCH OF NATURE(tm)". Retail Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTC:BB RETN) will market "TOUCH OF NATURE(tm)" through 250 Sweet Factory(R) stores.

Sweet Factory stores…are premiere centers for the distribution of TOUCH OF NATURE (tm)

Calls to the CEO and Purchasing Departments of Sweet Factory reveal that SF does not have any knowledge or intention of this, nor did they ever. They were, in fact, quite surprised to hear about this development. The CEO did explain that, at one time they had received an unsolicited sample of ToN, but were absolutely not interested in the product.

>>>At $1 per share, that $66 M. When I looked at that market cap, and then I looked at the financial statements, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Such a high market cap for a tiny co. with negative working capital, few assets, miniscule revenues, extensive related-party transactions, and unnamed auditors?<<<

Good point. I mean, who the hell continues to keep this stock at the $1.00 level? It is insane.....there is nothing in the fundamentals of this company that makes it anywhere near worth this level of market cap....but it stays there....day after day! What's going on??
